When I first met with Joe and Jhenai, I had trouble verbalizing how I wanted my site to look. They did a fantastic job of asking the right questions to tease out ideas, and Jhenai gave me a design that perfectly captured the look and feel I had in my head. Although it's empowering to have a website you can update yourself, when I have a question or get in trouble they're only a phone call or email away, and they respond in record time. It's reassuring, and it makes me feel more in control of my image and my business.
